How do I join the Qubiq TestFlight beta?
Tap the Join TestFlight button on the Qubiq page from an iPhone or iPad, then open the link in the TestFlight app. If TestFlight isn't already installed, the App Store will prompt you to install it first.
I bought Qubits but they didn't appear.
First, try relaunching Qubiq — the purchase receipt will usually restore on next launch. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, email support@mercwork.com with your Apple ID email (the account that made the purchase) and the approximate time of purchase, and we'll sort it out.
How do refunds work?
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process refunds on Apple's behalf.
Can I turn off personalized ads?
Yes. Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, find Qubiq, and toggle off "Allow Tracking". You'll still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID that originally purchased the items. Qubiq restores StoreKit purchases automatically on launch; if something is missing, tap the Restore Purchases option in the settings menu inside the app.

I found a bug.
The fastest way to report a bug is directly through TestFlight — it attaches your device model, iOS version, and app build automatically, so we get everything we need in one go.
With a screenshot:
- Take a screenshot inside Qubiq while the bug is visible.
- Tap the screenshot thumbnail in the corner to open the editor.
- Tap Share Beta Feedback at the top.
- Add a short note about what you were doing, then Submit.
Without a screenshot: open the TestFlight app → tap Qubiq → tap Send Beta Feedback at the bottom.
